About us
A software company that builds for itself, and for you
Tyrcom LLC is a software vendor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We create and operate our own SaaS products and take on selected custom projects for companies across the United States.
Our story
Two businesses, one standard
Most agencies hand over a project and move on. Most product companies never see the inside of someone else's business. We do both, and each side makes the other better.
Building and running our own products teaches us what it takes to keep software healthy for years: monitoring, upgrades, support tickets at 2 a.m., and the discipline to say no to features that won't pay off.
Client work keeps us close to real-world problems in industries we would never see otherwise. The result is software that is pragmatic, well-engineered and built to be owned.
What we value
Principles we work by
Ownership
We treat every codebase as if we will maintain it for the next ten years, because often we do.
Clarity
Plain-language estimates, honest trade-offs and weekly progress you can see and click.
Craft
Tests, reviews, documentation and accessibility. The unglamorous work that makes software last.
Partnership
No lock-in. You own your code, your data and your infrastructure from day one.

Where we are
Rooted in New Mexico, working nationwide
Albuquerque sits at the foot of the Sandia Mountains, and the contour lines you see across this site are a nod to them. We work remotely with clients across the U.S. and are always glad to meet in person.

Have a project in mind?
Whether it's a custom build, a product partnership or a second opinion on your architecture, we'd like to hear about it. You'll get a reply from an engineer, not a sales script.
